The Agrecoletos community acknowledged its eight alumni who recently passed the Licensure Examination for Agriculturists (LEA) 2019.
The eight newly registered agriculturists are Ludy Marie Batobatan, Rolly Dayon, Daryl Ebano, Kylie Marie Gamo, Juan Pablo Garcia, Manuel Labiana, Donel Republica, and Karlo Solis.
ROLEx Project Head and Agriculture Program Head Ma. Corazon Acaba, DVM, MBAH, led the pinning of the “Miraculous Medal” to the passers of the LEA 2019.
The medals were blessed during the mass in the morning that day at the Earth Chapel in UNO-Recoletos.
“I feel so overwhelmed by the greetings of everybody and at the same time self-fulfilling. Someone special to me told me that’Your hardwork will never betray you'”, said Ludy Marie Batobatan, former Agriculture Society president and one of the eight passers of LEA.
Moreover, AgRecoletos Instructor Dr. Armigenia Benedicto said in her opening remarks, “Opportunities and challenges are our twins. We strive our best to accomplish the things we need to accomplish.”
Benedicto reminded the newly registered agriculturists and future agriculturists not to waste time and effort.
She also encouraged those who didn’t pass the LEA. “Take a deep breath because you only have a delayed success.”
UNO-Recoletos got a 32.00% overall performance out of the 25 takers of LEA 2019 last November 5-7.
