COVID-19 has affected the lives of people around the world.
Every community is making significant efforts to eliminate this pandemic. However, this war against the invisible-to-the-naked-eye enemy is difficult to take down.
It was Monday evening, 20 April.
The provincial government of Negros Occidental announced its second confirmed positive case of COVID-19 – a resident of Barangay Nato, La Castellana.
This second confirmed positive case in the Province is 49 years old with a travel history to Iloilo.
Thus, this brought all barangays in the town under extreme community quarantine to further stop the spread of the virus.
This pandemic is terrible, but this will not hinder Filipinos from helping each other to stand against COVID-19.
To aid the town of La Castellana, six cans of anti-viral disinfectants were given by the AgRecoletos.
AgRecoletos’s initiative is to show that helping each other in any positive way is possible.
Also, the AgRecoletos is encouraging everyone to #StayatHome to stop the spread of COVID-19.
