The School of Agriculture of UNO-Recoletos placed third in the 31st Regional Symposium on Research and Development Highlights (RSRDH), December 10.
Recoletos Online Learning Extension (ROLEx): an e-Learning for Agriculture Education, presented by Reymund Sabay, PhD, is the research entry of AgRecoletos for the Development and Technological category.
Along with Sabay of the College of Information Technology are Ma. Corazon Acaba, DVM, MBAH, Armigenia Benedicto, PhD and Jessan Cabunsol from the School of Agriculture, and Nena Samillano, PhD from the Special Technological & Educational Programs office of UNO-Recoletos.
The 31st RSRDH, an event of Western Visayas Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (WESVAARRDEC), showcased significant research and development (R&D) findings of their member institutions in Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resource (AANR).
“It aims to identify mature technologies for packaging toward adoption, licensing, and commercialization in social science, natural and biological science, and development and technological researches,” WESVAARRDEC posted on their FB page.
Themed as “R&D in AANR: Moving Forward Towards Relevant Innovation”, the 31st RSRDH was held via Zoom, December 9 to 10.
